Per Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-79-20, the Office of Planning and Research (OPR) and the Labor and Workforce Development Agency (LWDA) are leading the development of a Just Transition Roadmap. The Roadmap’s broad framework will be released over the summer, kicking off a longer-term public and private effort to ensure that all Californians benefit from the transition to carbon neutrality.
